Last weekend was so nice! K worked most of Saturday, but I got to take a solo outlet shopping trip on Saturday. I was only there for about an hour, but it was much needed mommy alone time. I had $20 in Carter's rewards that expired THAT day & no way was I going to let $20 go to waste.
I ended getting the boys a ton of stuff ALL at amazing prices. I seriously LOVE outlet shopping. =) I also made stops in OshKosh & Gap. I was a tad disappointed in OshKosh, but I did find C one sweater & a hat. I definitely had my best finds in Gap though & I wish I'd had my coupons. Boo! I'm not sure they would have worked at the outlet, but it would have been nice to give it a shot.

I also got to make a solo trip to Target & the dollar spot did not disappoint! I LOVE the dollar spot for so many reasons & I scored some amazing finds for Fall Decor. I also got some mini orange & white pumpkins for 58 cents a piece at the grocery store. I love decorating for Fall & if I can do it cheaply, but still stylishly then all the better. I'll post some pictures of my decor once I get it all where I want it, but in the meantime my favorite finds were definitely these:
We spent a lot of time last Sunday relaxing. I made some Tomato, Basil, Parmesan soup for dinner & we had crescent rolls. I also spent some time puzzling & we mostly spent the day inside because the weather was terrible!! The boys worked in the garage a bit & C hung out with them. We also watched a lot of football.
Also, I FINALLY tried a Caramel Apple Spice from Starbucks. I usually stick with my iced coffee or fraps, but I had heard rave reviews about this drink & figured I'd give it a shot. I need to cut down on my caffeine intake anyways & it did NOT disappoint. Yum-o! Seriously, my new favorite Fall drink.
Another Target trip with my cutie |
This weekend we got C's haircut & I got to go out on a date with the hubby. We went to return some items to Target & I got $85 back in gift cards. We used the $85 to purchase the rest of the baby stuff that we absolutely needed off my registry. We tried out a new restaurant (which was fabulous) & got to see Runner, Runner for free (thank you never expiring Regal movie passes), it was much needed alone time & will probably be our last date night for a while.
My mom & I also went shopping again today to get her some jeans & while in Old Navy I picked up some $5 + 30% Halloween goodies for the boys.
And that brings us to until today! Sorry it's such a picture heavy post, but like I said..it's been a jam packed week +. Tomorrow is my 39 week OB visit & I can't wait to see how my BP is doing & also if we've made any progress or not.
