26 weeks (Madeline)

How far along?: 26 weeks, 5 days... (at least it's better then the last couple of weeks)

How big is baby?: Approximately the size of a Head of Lettuce, between 13.6-14.8 inches in length & weighing between 1.5-2.5 lbs. If I remember correctly. she'll be in this size range for a few more weeks.

Total weight gain/loss: +12 pounds as of this AM.

Maternity clothes?: Tanks (just for length) & a mix of maternity & non-maternity shirts. I need the Bella band all of the time now, but still wearing my regular jeans. I have two pairs of maternity pants currently that I HATE. =( I'm going to pick up a few new tops & *maybe* a pair of pants with my super cash this week since it's gotten a lot colder this week.

Symptoms: I'd have to say the heartburn is the worst this week & I've pretty much had to take my medication at least once daily, if not twice. Other then that, just some back pain (especially if we're in the car for a long time) & STILL lack of appetite. The tiredness has become the norm so I barely consider that a symptom anymore. =/

Stretch marks?: Still just the ones from H thus far.

Sleep: I'm tired. ALL THE TIME. This is probably the story of my life from now until FOREVER. Again, let me say...same old, same old.

Movement: She had a few days where things were pretty quiet in there & I was about to start freaking out, but yesterday & today she's been back to moving around pretty consistently. Maybe it's because I stopped drinking coffee?

Food cravings: I don't have as many aversions, but still lack of appetite. My stomach fills quickly with small amounts of food & nothing sounds particularly great still. Not really sure at what point this is going to change, but whatever...I'm used to it at this point.

Gender: Sweet baby girl. <3

Labor Signs: Nothing yet, clearly.

Belly Button in or out?: In & I'll be surprised if it doesn't stay that way. I have yet to ever "pop" with any pregnancy.

What I miss: Still just the same old, same old. Energy & motivation!

What I am looking forward to: The key piece in my nursery theme ended up being totally wrong so that was depressing, but I'm still gathering more items & searching for a replacement for the original piece. I also started my registry online this week so that has been fun looking at baby things & seeing what we'll need to get. In non-baby related news, just celebrating Halloween with my boys & spending a quiet weekend relaxing at home. =)
