The first week in the venture to lose the remaining baby weight went fairly well, but I'm not gonna lie:
I can definitely do better!
I managed to work out 3 days, but did not start the couch-to-5k as planned. And, I only managed to write down 4 days of eating.
Oops!
Despite only doing a half-assed job during this week I still managed to lose 1.6lbs. And considering that my motto with this loss is slow & steady wins the race, I am pretty pleased with that deduction.
Things I did well this week:
1. Drank lots of water!!
2. Downsized my Venti frappucinos to Grandes with no whip cream.
3. Said no to extra sweets.
So on to week two. Goals for next week:
1. Work out 5 days. Complete the first week of couch-to-5k & do weights on 2 days.
2. Keep my food diary up-to-date for the week.
3. Eat more greens.
