Shape-Up Sunday

Last Weigh-in: 154.0lbs

Current weight: 153.2lbs

Yep, still losing! Still making the effort to try to run at least 4 days weekly. It's hard with work because I am not able to run on those days (thank you 12+ hour days =( ), but I am glad to say that I am making the time on my days off. I ran 4 miles last Tuesday, but have to say that otherwise it wasn't the best week. I worked Wednesday & Thursday & I ran Friday, but then Saturday it did not happen. I guess it's a good thing I got double exercise in on Friday ( I also went for a 3 mile walk with my BFF).

I did great with my diet & tracking until Saturday. We ate breakfast at home, but skipped lunch & ended up eating an early dinner out. I had planned to eat out on Saturday, but I didn't plan on making such a bad choice. We also had ice cream at home last night. And not a tiny serving either. I planned to do better today, but due to Father's Day festivities we also ended up going out to breakfast this morning. Again, I could have made a better meal choice. Thankfully, we got back on track tonight & I made one of my planned meals at home.

On to the next week & hopefully making some better food choices. I know I can do it! I just need to remember to bring snacks while we are out & to plan my choices before we go out to eat. A little more planning would have gone a long way to save my diet this weekend.

Do you plan ahead when you know you are going to be out of the house? What about looking at the menu at home & choosing a meal before you go out to eat?
