Woohoo! This is definitely a major milestone this week. By all counts, I am finally, finally, finally in my 2nd Trimester of pregnancy. It seems like the 1st trimester took years to pass by. I am happy that end of my first trimester took the nausea/bloat along with it. I am feeling a lot better, but my energy level has definitely not gone back up yet. And I got a new bonus symptom that I was not expecting. For the last week I have the had the WORST lower back/sciatic pain in my life. I don't really want to take any medication so mostly I have just been dealing with it & trying to make myself as comfortable positionally as I can. I fear that this is one new symptom that is going to stick around for the long haul.
Other then that, I have not gained back my love for food either. I still have no cravings for anything. =( I really hope that changes soon because I honestly do miss LIKING food. Don't get me wrong, I am happy I am not going crazy gaining weight too quickly & eating everything in sight, but it would be nice to WANT something occasionally. Besides that, with not gaining any weight I am almost afraid to get back into the gym too seriously. I don't want to hurt the baby by burning off more calories then I am taking in. =(
13w3d very mini-bump. Apparently lack of bloat=lack of bump. Still waiting to "POP".
