Shape-Up Sunday

So there wasn't really much shaping-up going on this week as I was either sick or working for the majority of it, but that's beside the point. The good news is that I lost another pound this week & am officially down 8.8lbs putting me at 163.2! Whether I can chalk that up to trying or to total lack of wanting to eat or move is a moot point. We'll see how this next week goes, especially since I have decided that with eating & water drinking under control that it is REALLY time to get serious about some form of cardio exercise. I am not going to worry about weights for right now, we can add that in later.

My goal for this week is to get in at least 3 cardio. work-outs of at least 30 mins. in total duration. Even if that just means hopping on the treadmill for 10 mins. at a stretch 3 times in a day. I know I can do this. Carter is getting more independent about playing by the day & should have no problem giving Momma 10 mins. to work-out even while awake. Wish me luck, because getting exercise back into my routine has by far been the most difficult thing for me. I really do miss it though & I think in the long run it will really help with both my energy level & my mood. Who doesn't want more energy or to be happier?
