Yep, late. Ah well, it's been a busy weekend! I am happy to say that I got out there & had some fun & some good mommy time. Unfortunately, two out of three play dates got cancelled, but we had a great weekend none-the-less. I love long weekends & spending time with my baby.
I kept my goal of getting in some cardio fitness 3 days this week. Unfortunately, it looks like my body is starting to get used to this routine & my eating habits because I only lost 0.8lbs this week taking me down to 162.8lbs. My goal is to get more exercise in this week & hopefully kick things back into gear! I'm not complaining because I still managed to lose, but I am getting closer to that 9 month mark all the time & I still have almost 8lbs to lose. At only one pound a week I am going to be cutting it very close. Obviously, I plan to continue beyond my pre-pregnancy weight of 155lbs, but it will be nice to say that I have finally lost all the baby weight.
One VERY encouraging new development this week is that I am back into the majority of my pre-pregnancy jeans. Yes, I kept them all! Now, I'm just hoping that I can work on ridding some of this stomach fat. I know it's going to be the hardest thing to lose & to really do anything about it I will likely have to get back into running. It seems like SUCH a difficult task.

I really need to pick it up! I may have to restart my couch-to-5K plan. Now that the weather is starting to improve hopefully that will motivate me to get outside with Carter more.
