Did not record food intake, but tried to make good choices & control portions sizes. =) Drank lots of H2O.
Tuesday 08/28
Cardio: Walking on an Incline/Varying speeds 60 minutes
Strength: Failed attempt at Bender Ball tape. C refused to stop climbing on me. =(
Total Calories Burned: 500
Ate okay & tried to watch portion control. Drank lots of H2O. No soda. =)
Wednesday 08/29
Worked a 12+ hour shift at work, so nada. H20 only, no soda. Brought lunch from home.
Thursday 08/30
Again, worked a 12+ hour shift at work. I think I may have to start walking on my lunch before the weather gets terrible. Had a soda & some cheetoes. Not my best day. =(
Friday 08/31
I think AF may have arrived. I'll come back & post about the rest of my day later.
**update** Yep, definitely CD1. Yay!! Now I can start charting again.
Today didn't go well. I had no time to work-out due to a 4 hour training class in the middle of the day & I only ate half a banana, half an english muffin & a cookie until 7pm. Ooops! Tomorrow will be better.
PPS--Can we say bloat & water weight anyone??!
Wow! Way to go!! AF just came back for me two days ago... in a sense, it's a bummer because it's yet another part of my little man's newborn-ness going bye-bye... On the other hand, it *will* be nice to be able to chart (and hopefully avoid baby 2.0 til at least February!).
