Mommy Monday

First things first...

oh shit.

Yep, you're seeing that right if you just clicked on my link. That's my ridiculous chart with solid red CHs & the only freaking day we had sex that week was the day I supposedly freaking ovulated. Nice! We're doing a great job of TTA thus far. Ha!

In other news, my colpo follow-up/annual was today with my Gyn. That was exciting. Fortunately, she ran two tests instead of just the pap so if the pap comes back questionable the other test can confirm. When I had my colpo all that was found was inflammation & not true dysplasia. The other good news is that even if the test comes back mildly abnormal I may just have to follow-up sooner for another pap instead of proceeding with yet ANOTHER colpo. Apparently, they don't like you to have more then 1 yearly & as you may remember (or not) my last colpo was in January so conceivably I wouldn't be able to have another one until at least then. Let's just hope it doesn't come to that. And that's hope someone ACTUALLY calls me with the results this time.

Work has also really been stressing me out lately. I've obviously wanted to quit since I went back, but it isn't possible for us financially at this time. I swear that work just gets worse & worse all the time. I am seriously considering making a change, because although I am not a huge fan of change or going out of my comfort zone I couldn't possibly be MORE unhappy with my job. =(

My ultimate goal is to be a SAHM (eventually), but for now I may need to just find a new job or go back to school. Yesterday, I sat down & worked some numbers. It would take A LOT for me to actually be able to stay home. Although I am not the breadwinner in our household, my check does help us more then I thought. That was an especially depressing find considering the terrible weekend I had at work. We have the opportunity to pay off one of our loans in the next few weeks & that will free up an extra $300ish a month. I plan to take that extra money & throw it at one of our other loans until it is paid off as well. When that's done it will free up $600ish extra a month.  If we stay with this schedule & throw no other extra money at it we could have that loan paid off by March. I'm basically going to cut out everything that I conceivably can so that we can get things paid down faster. Something must be done & at least if I have an end in sight work may be a bit more bearable. We shall see.

All of this is totally irrelevant if I go back to work on Wednesday & then lose my job. Ha! Wouldn't that be some shit...
