Shape-Up Sunday (Friday)

 Last weigh-in: 155.8 pounds

Current weight: uh....158.8 pounds. =(

Monday: Had no energy what-so-ever today. C has not been sleeping well since we returned from the beach & last night he ended up in our bed from 1AM-5:30AM. Not fun. I took C for an hour long walk outside though in an attempt to enjoy some of the last days of summer. I wore my HRM & burned 393 calories. Not too shabby for a little stroll with one of my favorite guys. I ate well today & we had baked salmon with rice & salad for dinner.

Tuesday: C slept almost 12 hours straight from 8PM-7:45AM! Unfortunately, this threw our whole day off & he napped from 10-12:30PM. Yep, that was it for the entire day!! We didn't get our walk in & momma didn't get her work-out in during nap time either. =( I should be working out now (it's only 8:30PM), but I decided to eat ice cream & feel sorry for myself that I have to go back work tomorrow ending my wonderful 10 day vacation. Boo!!

Wednesday: Worked a 12 hour day. Did well with eating until the evening when I had two slices of pepperoni pizza & a chocolate cupcake. It was a co-workers birthday & I didn't bring enough food or snacks for the day. =(

Thursday: Worked a 13+ hour day & ate only food/snacks from home. No exercise. Didn't drink enough water. WAY too much coffee. =(

And the brings us today today, where I am working ANOTHER 12 hour day. If it's nice out, I am walking on my lunch & having a healthy lunch. I have to commit because this is ridiculous. I'm not happy in the slightest about my appearance sans clothing lately. =(
