Weight: 21.5 pounds (maybe..?)
Length: 31 inches (maybe??)
Diaper: Size 4s & we've switched to the Slip-ons. I love them!
Clothing: Some 12 month & some 18 month. We still seem to be at that in-between phase.
Shoes: Size 4 wide, although his new Stride Rites are 4.5 wide & seem to fit him just fine as well.
Milestones:
10/07--Added the words fish & shoe to his vocab.
10/12--First pair of rain boots! And they're actually needed. lol
10/12--Added cheese to his vocab. Says "chugga chugga" when he sees his toy train. =)
10/15--Lost a tooth. =( First Popsicle.
10/19--Added apple to his vocab.
In Other News:
Nursing: Still at it. =) Three times daily on average, morning, late afternoon & bedtime. Some days he will randomly throw in an extra session, but it's 3 more often then not. Still taking 3-5oz of mostly WCM bottles & nursing once daily on the days I work my 12 hour shifts. Still pumping 1x daily at work.
Food: 100% hit & miss lately. Some days he'll eat everything in sight & some days nada. The only foods that he will currently never refuse are puffs, Apple Cinnamon Nutrigrain bars, & organic mixed fruit pouches. Yep. He will usually eat bananas, apples, toast/bread products, chicken, corn & pasta. Everything else is on a totally instance to instance basis. =)
Sleep: Good, good. & good! Still doing 12 hours straight through the night. Still taking 1 nap daily in the early afternoon most days (even while at my parent's house) ranging from 1.5-3 hours.
Activity/Play: C seems to get bored a lot more easily & a lot more quickly these days. I thought they were supposed to play by themselves MORE the older they get, but C seems to have done the opposite. I rearranged our living room furniture a few weeks ago to make it easier for him to play in there & that seems to have helped a little bit since we've been spending so much time downstairs lately. He's also gone from "walking" to being a "walker" in the last week or so. He will still crawl occasionally or walk on his knees, but he walks a ton more now then he used to just two weeks ago. He loves to be outside lately (which is unfortunate because of the rainy season starting) & has developed a new fascination/obsession with trains & anything train related. His favorites toys of the moment are his cars, balls & my Iphone (unfortunately). He is also starting to form more of an attachment to stuffed animals & his blankets lately, as well as one to his Momma. We did not miss the separation anxiety boat & he even balks at me some days when I leave him with my parents. =( He is definitely a major Momma's boy at the moment. His current favorite thing to do is dance (very cute) or be bounced. He also loves to play "horsey" with Daddy & when Momma sings to him. Our current favorite songs to sing are Lullaby from the Sprout channel & The wonderful thing about Carter (think Tigger song).
