29 week OB visit

Stats:

Progress: 29 weeks, 6 days. So basically it was my 30 weeks appt, but whatever.

Weight: +30 pounds. Thankfully my OB does not give a shit about weight gain & is not the lecturing type. She reassured me that I was perfectly fine. =) Seriously, did I mention how much I love this woman?

Urine: All clear!

Blood Pressure: 108/72, so very good this time. Surprising really considering how stressed out I have been this week.

Baby's HR: 142bmp, slowing down just like his brother's did the later we got into the pregnancy.

Fundal Height: Measuring right on track at 30 weeks.

Next Appt: In 3 weeks instead of 2 (since both myself & my OB are out of town), on Friday, August 23 at almost 33 weeks. I also scheduled out ALL of my visits for the rest of this pregnancy & even one for after my due date. Wow!!

Today's visit was pretty typical & fast! I got called back right away did the weight, pee in a cup & blood pressure thing & then talked to the MA about getting my Tdap. It's been *about* 7ish years since my last one so I figured I might as well just go ahead & do it. At least now the next time someone asks I can tell them an exact date. =) My OB came in shortly there after & we talked a bit. She actually said that she loves that I am such a "boring" patient for her. lol And that my pregnancy is so normal & easy. I love it too! She did go ahead & change my heartburn medication to Prilosec & since she prescribed it instead of my getting it OTC the medication only cost me $1.97 for 30 pills!! I seriously love our insurance. =)

C & K both came to this one, but chose to wait out in the waiting room. Probably for the best since C is VERY loud & doesn't exactly like me lying down on the exam table. I think one doctor's appt for him is enough to deal with for one month.
