Unofficially Official

I'm so excited people!!

Why you ask?

Because we met with our realtor this AM to discuss selling our house again & he was VERY optimistic!! I'm thrilled that we will be able to walk away from this house with a clean slate. Last year he was not optimistic at all, but apparently the market has changed a lot in the last 8-10 months so things are definitely in our favor.

We have a lot to do still & the next month or so is going to be a busy one, but we signed the paperwork today to put our house on the market. So basically, our house is unofficially officially listed! We won't be ready to have walk-throughs for a little bit longer, but we're shooting for actually putting a for sale sign in the yard come June. I can't believe that if all goes well we will be out of this house before LP arrives.

The plan for now is to just focus on selling our house & then worry about hunting for our next house. If that means staying with family or renting for a while I am totally okay with that.

Wow! I can't believe this is really happening..

 It is going to be a really busy summer, but I can't wait!! Time to get to some serious packing & purging. Nesting? You can kick in ANY time now. lol
